SEOUL, South Korea, July 4, 2024 – NEXEN TIRE announced consecutive wins in the GCSI (Global Customer Satisfaction Competency Index) conducted by the Global Management Association and National Service Award organized by the Institute for Industrial Policy Studies (IPS).

On July 4, NEXEN TIRE achieved 15 years of consecutive top ranking in the GCSI’s Tire Sector. Furthermore, on June 27, NEXEN TIRE's rental and O2O service 'Next Level' won the National Service Award in the Tire Comprehensive Service category for the fifth consecutive year. This success highlights NEXEN TIRE's efforts to provide excellent products and innovative services from the perspective of its customers.

'Global Customer Satisfaction' 15 Years of Consecutive First Place

Since its inception in 2005, the GCSI, organized by the Global Management Association under the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy (MOTIE), has been evaluating the global customer satisfaction management levels of Korean companies and accelerating globally oriented customer satisfaction management. This marks the GCSI’s 20th anniversary.

In this year's survey, NEXEN TIRE achieved industry-leading status by combining scores evaluated for factors such as performance excellence, customer orientation, customer retention management, price-to-quality ratio, global competitiveness, and repurchase intent. Specializing in the manufacture and distribution of tires for passenger cars and light trucks, NEXEN TIRE contributes to the safe and convenient mobility of customers in over 150 countries worldwide. 'Next Level': 5-Year Consecutive Winner of the National Service Award

The National Service Award, supported by the Institute for Industrial Policy Studies and the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy (MOTIE), evaluates excellent brands through a total of 10 detailed criteria including management performance, brand value, customer satisfaction, and marketing communication.

The 'Next Level' service has been highly praised for its customer-centric design, providing convenience and numerous benefits. Launched as an industry first in 2015, 'Next Level' has been chosen by many consumers for reducing customer burden and increasing convenience. The O2O service allows customers to order products online and either visit nearby stores for installation or have experts come to their preferred location for tire replacement.

NEXEN TIRE's rental service enables customers to replace tires without a large upfront investment while enjoying premium warranty benefits throughout the contract period. When visiting tire rental outlets throughout Korea, customers can also benefit from regular vehicle and tire inspection services, as well as the damage guarantee service, which offers free tire replacement for damage or premature wear caused by consumer negligence.
