- NEXEN TIRE’s collaborative work containing "design philosophy" to be displayed through its media wall
NEXEN TIRE today announced that it will be holding an exhibition on its design philosophy with Kookmin University.
NEXEN TIRE has been producing creative designs over the years through various collaborations with artists, high schools, universities, and Korea Design Membership (KDM+).
In this particular collaboration with students from Kookmin University's Department of Video Design, various video contents were created based on NEXEN TIRE's design philosophy; Ultimate Sensual, Timeless Movement, and the three value systems under it: Objet with Dynamics, Essence, and Sophistication.
Seven media artworks with themes such as time, space, and human, reinterpretation of space, and travel to different dimensions will be displayed through the NEXEN Central Research Institute's media wall (30 meters wide and 7 meters high).
The exhibition will be shown in the lobby on the first floor of "The NEXEN UniverCity" in Magok, Seoul, from November 20 to December 15, and anyone is welcome to attend.
"This exhibition will serve as an opportunity to promote the design philosophy and values that NEXEN TIRE pursues," said a representative of NEXEN TIRE. "At the same time, it is meaningful to contribute to the community by providing students with opportunities to exhibit using a huge LED screen measuring at 30x7m."
